Employee Education
This program fulfills the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Comp. requirements for employee education. This training incorporates awareness of the dangers of substance abuse in the workplace including:
* A review of commonly abused drugs in the workplace
* Drug Testing
* Consequences of drug use on employee safety
Length: 1 Hour
Supervisor Education
This program fulfills the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Comp requirements for supervisor initial education. This training provides information necessary to ensure your company acts within legal limits when working with employees that may be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Training includes:
* How to properly document behaviors that demonstrate an alcohol/drug problem.
* Initiate reasonable suspicion
* Post-accident testing
