On Friday, August 16th, HTH will be hosting our 6th Annual Canoe (Kayak) Outing! Have fun while CANOEING FOR A CAUSE and donating all profits to Ohio Foster Children to help with school supplies and clothing!

Event begins On Friday, August 16th @11:30a as we embark on an afternoon filled with food, music, kayaks and beer/wine. This is a unique networking event that combines team-building with community impact. Participants will join forces in kayaking adventures while forging valuable connections with like-minded individuals. It's a chance to make meaningful connections, enjoy the great outdoors, and leave a positive impact on the community. Join us for a day of camaraderie, exploration, and giving back!

 

Event Schedule:

11:30a-12:30p – Welcome & Registration

1:00p-1:15p - Networkers will stock up on snacks and drinks to take on the river. After obtaining appropriate safety apparatus (life jacket), we will board the bus that will deliver us to the starting point of our 7 mile river trip.

1:15p-6:00p – RIVER TIME -At the 4 mile point down the river, we will stop to EAT | DRINK | NETWORK at Jake's River Run Snack Shack (Menu items include burgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwich, cheese sandwich and chips/drinks - selected upon arrival at event).

 

IMPORTANT INFO:

To make the event as enjoyable as possible, each networker will be provided with a themed t-shirt and sunglasses . Sunscreen and Bug Spray will be available as needed throughout event. Please make sure to wear clothing you don’t mind getting wet! Water shoes suggested, not required. See you on 8/16!
